Shipping

Aim

We aim to dispatch all goods within two working days. Orders received at weekends and on public holidays will be shipped on the following working day.  Please be aware of any holiday closures i.e. Christmas, as detailed on our website.  Orders will be shipped on our return from holiday closures.

Method

We normally ship packages by courier service for next day delivery in the UK; and within 2-3 business days internationally.  Please be advised delivery times cannot be guaranteed, particularly during peak periods.  The cost of packing and delivery will be shown in your shopping cart before you are asked to confirm and pay for your order.

We are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes and require a valid street address for delivery.

We are unable to ship orders using other shipment methods i.e. customers own courier or by different services.

Following EU VAT changes 1st July 2021, customers will be liable for any duties, taxes and/or clearance fees payable at point of delivery. 

Warranty

We offer full warranty on all products from the date of purchase as recorded on the website. This excludes damage caused by yourself but includes manufacturing flaws in the materials. 

We retain the right to refund or replace in the event of an item being found faulty on receipt only. 

Returns

Unwanted goods

If you decide after receiving an item from us that you do not require it you may return it to us unopened and unused in its original packaging within 14 days at your expense and using "proof of dispatch" method of shipping and we will refund the full cost of the item excluding our packaging and shipping costs. We will not make a refund if the item shows any signs of having been used.

Because computer screens render colours in different tones we are unable to accept a return where the colour is unsatisfactory if the size of the piece is too small for us to restock it. For most practical purposes we will not restock materials where the size is less than 2 metres. Please contact us before returning unwanted items to check whether a refund is available or not.

Damaged on arrival

If the goods arrived damaged you must notify us within 3 working days and cooperate with us in making a claim against the carrier. We will contact you to arrange with you for the goods to be returned and on receipt of the returned goods will dispatch a replacement where possible on the same day.

Please ensure goods are correct in every way before cutting fabrics or claims may not be accepted

Warranty claim

If you wish to make a claim under the warranty please contact us before returning the goods. We will agree a method of shipping with you. On receipt of the faulty item we will inspect it to ensure that it is a manufacturing fault and either refund or replace at our discretion. If you follow this procedure we will refund the shipping cost of returning the item to us. Alternatively we may agree to refund the original purchase and shipping costs. If we find that the fault was not a manufacturing fault we will offer to replace at a cost to you.
