The prices shown are based on ex-UK warehouse terms and are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). We reserve the right to change our prices to include/allow for any changes in the VAT rates.

Whilst we aim to ensure correctness of all prices, pictorial and textual specifications, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as practicable. If the error is to your detriment, we will give you the option of confirming your order at the revised price or cancelling it partially or completely. If the error is to your benefit, we will have the option, in our complete discretion, of cancelling your order, completely or in part for the items concerned. If we are unable to contact you or you do not respond, we will cancel your order and refund the money you have paid.
Availability
Goods are subject to availability. If any item you have ordered is not available, we will inform you as soon as practicable, giving you the option of delivery of the item when it becomes available, converting to an alternative product or cancellation of your order.
Payments
Payment can be made by Debit or Credit Cards including Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro and Solo via Sage Pay, or through your PayPal account. We never normally see or receive your card details. We take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, however, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
Goods ordered from and/or delivered by us remain our property until fully paid.
Any discount or promotional codes provided must be entered before placing your order. Discounts cannot be retrospectively applied to paid orders.
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion. You are then entitled to a full refund of any amounts already paid.
Suitability of product
The images showing the colours on the website are as accurate as it is possible to be. However computer screens vary in resolution and the tones they display so you should therefore check with us and obtain a sample of the actual material if the colour or texture of the product is critical to your intended use. We may refuse to accept the return of a product because the colour or texture is not what you expect if the length of the material is too short to be reasonably restocked. We will not normally accept a return if the length is less than 2 metres.
Our liability shall in all cases be limited to the total value of any order placed.
We do not guarantee that this website will be compatible with your computer equipment.
We do not accept liability for any corruption or loss of data and similarly we will not be held liable for any other loss or damage of any kind caused to your computer equipment resulting from the use of this website.
Please note our genuine horn and mother of pearl buttons are natural products each with their own unique colour and markings. The photographs on the website show multiple buttons in order to try and reflect natural variances. However buttons sent may not exactly reflect the images on the website.
Digital Printing and Tolerances
Printed Lining Collection: Due to the evolving nature of technology in the digital printing process, changes in colour hues over time are inevitable and unavoidable. We cannot be held responsible for amendments or changes introduced by third party suppliers of dyes, chemistry or technology that are imposed on us and are therefore out of our control. Please be advised that this may affect any repeat print requests over a period of time.
While every endeavour is made to accurately reproduce designs, there may be minor variations in colour because of a number of factors such as the natural characteristics of the materials used i.e. the nature of fabric dyes; and even the temperature/weather at the time of dyeing and finishing.
Transfer of rights
We may transfer our rights under this agreement to third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, the collection of payments due for your purchases.
Should payment for your order remain outstanding or be refused after initial authorisation or returned in any other way, you indemnify us against the reasonable costs and expenses of obtaining payment in full. This includes, but is not limited to, interest on the amount outstanding, our extra administrative costs for payment collection, and related bank charges levied against us.

Please note that designs PLC-1304 to PLC-1309, PLC1312 to PLC-1326, PLC-1328 to PLC-1331 and PLC-1339 to PLC-1360 from our Printed Lining Collection are registered as UK Designs by the Intellectual Property Office. Unauthorised use of the designs and photographs of the designs is strictly prohibited.
Notices
We confirm transactions, dispatches, etc. and send all other notices by email to the email address that you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details you provide are correct, and that your mailbox will accept messages from us. We are not responsible for the delay or loss of messages due to filtering technology, resource limits or issues with your ISP or email software. Our copy of an email sent to you will be considered as sufficient "proof" of delivery of the message.
